Return To Work

PERKESO's Return To Work Disability Management Program is a Sustainable Management Program implemented by PERKESO to help injured or recoverable PERKESO contributor to recover and return to work early, healthy and safe.

Each PERKESO contributor that join the Return To Work Program will undergo a systematic process of recovery and based on biopsicosocial concepts that include biophysical, physiological and social factors that need to be addressed in helping them return to work.

Participation Criteria for the Programme

This programme is provided for Insured Person who:

Suffers from employment injury and requires rehabilitationsuffers from employment injury and requires rehabilitationor assistance in job search.
Apply for the Invalidity Scheme, self-motivated and requireapply for the Invalidity Scheme, self-motivated and requirerehabilitation or assistance in gaining employment.

Return To Work Objective

The program is implemented to achieve the following objectives:

Help the Insured Person to overcome their disability and pain.
Ensure the Insured person with disabilities is able to return to work as soon as possible.
Ensure their safety is maintained.
Reduce the costs of workers, employers and PERKESO in the long run through good case management.
